A job I would like to have in the future

Hi! When I was little, my dream job growing up was to be a math teacher (I don't know why, I don't like math now). As I got older, I realized I wanted to have a job where I could help people. That's why my choice was psychology, because I would like to work with people and be able to help people in some way. 

Well, I still don't know what I would like to work in when I finish my career, because I feel that there are so many possibilities that I would like to try everything. But still, I am very interested in child psychology or in the legal area.

I find it very interesting to understand children and to be able to help them, because it is from these children that the person they will be in the future develops, so it is very important to make an early intervention, especially in children who may be in very difficult contexts.

On the other hand, I am also interested in the legal area because I am very interested in the issue of people who arrive in the prison system in Chile. Where there is a lack of specialized medical treatment, therapy and no social reintegration. So it is essential that there is a system of social reintegration to prevent recidivism.

Well, for any work in psychology you need many skills such as understanding and empathizing with people, being able to listen and not judge, but to think about the reasons for their behavior, and thus be able to help in some way.
